Buttermilk

Buttermilk was very popular this past weekend at the Guelph Organic Conference.  Visit our "Recipes" section and try "Buttermilk Blueberry Lemon Muffins"!  They were delicious and didn't last long!  If your favorite retailer does not have Harmony buttermilk on the shelf, please inquire with the Dairy or Store Manager and express your interest in this product!  

A few important notes about Buttermilk include, this is a cultured product similar to conventional buttermilk, Harmony's buttermilk has a 3.8% M.F., it is currently available in one litre and 500ml cartons and has a shelf life of 42 days.
