Imagine a peaceful hillside. The sky is blue, the sun is shining and on the lush pastures cows are contentedly grazing. This scene is a reality on our farms. Our cattle have access to fresh air, clean water and sunshine on a daily basis year round. The taste of our products may change slightly throughout the year according to the "menu" offered to the cows. The most noticeable change is likely to occur when the cows are first out on grass in the spring.

The goal is to minimize stress and maximize cow comfort in anything we do. We felt the name "Harmony" aptly described our philosophies and management styles. Our goal is to sustain the family farm and promote a healthy balanced lifestyle for all. Organic farming is often referred to as "working in harmony with nature" and we aim to maintain this delicate balance in every way possible. Cold winter days are spent resting in the barn on a luxurious bed of fresh straw. Our cows are treated as though they were members of our family.
